About Oxblood Clothing

Who is Oxblood Clothing?

Oxblood Clothing is a UK-based, family-run clothing brand specialising in traditional skinhead, ska, two-tone, mod and Oi! punk clothing for men and women. Founded by Will in 2019, Oxblood designs and sells graphic t-shirts, polos, braces, socks and accessories rooted in British working-class subculture: skinhead reggae, rocksteady, rude boy, northern soul and street punk. Products are printed on demand, mostly in the UK, Europe and the USA.

What does Oxblood Clothing sell?

Oxblood sells clothing built around five connected subcultures: traditional (trad) skinhead, ska and two-tone, mod, Oi! and street punk, and skinhead reggae / rude boy style. The range covers men's and women's t-shirts and polos, hoodies, braces, button badges, socks and gifts. Designs reference the music and look of late-1960s skinhead culture through to the 2 Tone era and today's revival scene.

Who is Oxblood Clothing for?

Oxblood is for skins, mods, punks and rude boys: anyone into rocksteady, ska, skinhead reggae, Oi!, street punk and northern soul, and anyone who wants authentic subculture clothing without the high-street markup. Because everything is print-on-demand, Oxblood can carry a far wider range of designs than a traditional stockist, with less waste.

Where is Oxblood Clothing based?

Oxblood Clothing is based in the United Kingdom and ships worldwide. It is a family-run independent business, not a high-street chain. Production is handled on demand, predominantly in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Why Oxblood Clothing?

Oxblood exists because authentic skinhead and ska clothing is hard to find done properly. The brand was started by Will, who is part of the North London punk and skinhead scene, to make clothing that respects the music and history behind the look (the anti-racist, multicultural roots of skinhead reggae and 2 Tone) rather than the look its image has sometimes been wrongly associated with. Every design is made to order, keeping the catalogue broad and waste low.
